      • The shades and printing of the graphic patterns vary from one product to another, making each piece unique.

    • INTERVIEW

      The coated fabrics of Tapilou play mats can be cleaned with a simple soft brush and water.

      Detergents, solvents, waxes and other products should be avoided.

      Heavy and/or sharp objects, as well as animal paws and/or claws, can damage or damage the carpet.

    • DELIVERY & RETURNS

      Orders are prepared and shipped within 24/48 hours (Monday to Friday).

      Delivery:

      • DPD predicts: 1 to 2 working days from dispatch at €8.90 including tax in mainland France.
      • GLS: 2 to 5 days for Europe at €15 including tax
      • FEDEX: 3 to 5 days for delivery to Switzerland at €25 including tax.

      For returns, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return it to us. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, but we will offer you either an exchange or a refund.

Très bons produits, petit soucis après quelques mois d’utilisation, contact avec l’entreprise, réponse très rapide afin de trouver une solution, le suivi client est vraiment top. Je recommande sans hésiter. Les tapis de vie sont vraiment chouettes, transport facile avec le sac de transport compris lors de l’achat d’un tapis. Design super sympa pour s’adapter dans l’intérieur moderne des maisons, couleurs apaisantes et pas flash comme bcp de tapis de vie du commerce classique. Nettoyage super facile car tapis imperméables.
