    • INTERVIEW

      The coated fabrics of Tapilou play mats can be cleaned with a simple soft brush and water.

      Detergents, solvents, waxes and other products should be avoided.

      Heavy and/or sharp objects, as well as animal paws and/or claws, can damage or damage the carpet.

    • DELIVERY & RETURNS

      Orders are prepared and shipped within 24/48 hours (Monday to Friday).

      Delivery:

      • DPD predicts: 1 to 2 working days from dispatch at €8.90 including tax in mainland France.
      • GLS: 2 to 5 days for Europe at €15 including tax
      • FEDEX: 3 to 5 days for delivery to Switzerland at €25 including tax.

      For returns, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return it to us. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, but we will offer you either an exchange or a refund.

    Top customer service. Very good products, small problem after a few months of use, contact with the company, very quick response to find a solution, customer support is really top. I would definitely recommend them. The life mats are really nice, easy to transport with the carry bag included with the purchase of a mat. The design is super cool and will fit in with modern home interiors, the colours are soothing and not flashy like a lot of commercially available mats. Super easy to clean because the mats are waterproof.

    Easy to take on holiday and move around the house when needed. A special place for baby, his own corner when he needs it or shared with us for some great playtime, this mat combines comfort and safety.
