Delivery
Packages are shipped within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receipt of payment.
DELIVERY VIA DPD - 3 TO 5 WORKING DAYS
They are shipped via DPD with a tracking number and delivered without signature.
For more flexibility, you will be alerted by text message or email when your package is delivered and you can change the day and/or address if you are absent.
Returns
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return it to us.
Return costs are your responsibility and we will offer you either an exchange or a refund.
If this order is a gift, you can only make an exchange.
Write to us at contact@tapilou.com, informing us of your request for an exchange, your order number, and the reason for the return. We will confirm whether an exchange or refund is possible.
Products must be intact, unused, and returned in their original packaging.

You will then receive an email notifying you of receipt of your package. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the item.
If it is an exchange for the same product, the new shipping costs will be refunded to you upon simple request to contact@tapilou.com .
