INTERVIEW
The coated fabrics of Tapilou play mats can be cleaned with a simple soft brush and water.
Detergents, solvents, waxes and other products should be avoided.
Heavy and/or sharp objects, as well as animal paws and/or claws, can damage or damage the carpet.

Orders are prepared and shipped within 24/48 hours (Monday to Friday).
Delivery:
- DPD predicts: 1 to 2 working days from dispatch at €8.90 including tax in mainland France.
- GLS: 2 to 5 days for Europe at €15 including tax
- FEDEX: 3 to 5 days for delivery to Switzerland at €25 including tax.
For returns, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return it to us. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, but we will offer you either an exchange or a refund.

Nous sommes très contents du tapis de jeu qui va très bien dans notre salon.
Notre bébé passe beaucoup de temps dessus et il s'y plaît bien.
Nous avons commandé ce tapis en décembre pour notre petit chou de 3 mois. Très vite il a été adopté par notre petit, il adore faire son « tummy time » dedans (contrairement au lit où il s’enfonçait). Ce tapis est génial pour son développement. Il est très pratique niveau nettoyage !
