CARE
The coated fabrics of Tapilou play mats can be cleaned with a simple soft brush and water.
Detergents, solvents, waxes and other products should be avoided.
Heavy and/or sharp objects, but also the paws and/or claws of animals can deteriorate or damage the carpet.

DELIVERY & RETURNS
Orders are prepared and shipped within 24/48 hours (Monday to Friday).
Delivery:
- DPD predicts: 1 to 2 working days from dispatch at €8.90 including tax in mainland France.
- GLS: 2 to 5 days for Europe at 15€ including tax
- FEDEX: 3 to 5 days for delivery in Switzerland at €25 including tax.
For returns, you have14 daysfrom receipt of your order to send it back to us. The return costs are your responsibility, but we will offer you either an exchange or a refund.
