Orders are prepared and shipped within 24/48 hours (Monday to Friday).
Delivery:
- DPD predicts: 1 to 2 working days from dispatch at €4.90 including tax in mainland France.
- Chrono International: 2 to 5 days for Europe at €9.90 including tax
- FEDEX: 3 to 5 days for delivery in Switzerland at €25 including tax.
For returns, you have14 daysfrom receipt of your order to send it back to us. The return costs are your responsibility, but we will offer you either an exchange or a refund.
