Before first use:
Roll the play mat in the opposite direction then lay it flat to allow the mat to relax.

To maintain the xl carpet:
Clean it only with lukewarm water and/or mild soap. Dry thoroughly after cleaning.

Detergents, solvents, waxes and other products should be avoided.

Heavy and/or sharp objects, but also the paws and/or claws of animals can deteriorate or damage the carpet.

Any order placed before noon is shipped the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays)

Once shipped, for delivery:

• DPD predicts: 1 to 2 working days from dispatch (€12.90 including tax in mainland France).
• Chrono international classic: 2 to 5 days for Europe (25€ incl. VAT)
• FEDEX: 3 to 5 days for delivery in Switzerland (€45 including tax).

For returns, you have14 daysfrom receipt of your order to return it to us. The return costs are your responsibility, but we will offer you either an exchange or a refund.
